Here is what we are doing-
Staying home for a few days and wearing underwear. When she goes in the potty she gets a gemstone (sticker) to put on her chart.
Granted, its been 1.5 days so take that and my frustration into consideration. When she first started she would "start" in her underwear and then say she had to go to the potty. I considered that a success and she got a gemstone. Now, she is already better at verbalizing when she has to go- to I become a hardarse and no gemstone if she starts in the underwear? Or do I introduce another treat ontop of the orginal one?
EX- get a gemstone no matter when/where she started and then an M&M when she actually starts in the potty?
Thanks.

Re: Thoughts on my method and help
I agree with no negative stuff while they are learning. Only part of potty training them is teaching them what to do. It's up to them to learn on their own the feeling of having to go and getting there on time. Give her some more time and point out in a nice way "aw man, your panties got wet", then perhaps introduce another treat in a few days for keeping them dry.
