Rockin Green vent.. (long)

I'm wondering if this is a fluke or normal occurrence with Rockin Green Soap. So here's the story...

 I couldn't really find much description of the different detergents on Rockin Green's website so I called them up to ask more details. A girl answers the phone after like 5 rings and I ask her if she can help me understand difference, etc. She says "oh it says right on the website you enter your zip code and find which is best for your area". I told her I didn't see it when I was looking before and could she help me. So she says ok and looks it up for me. I asked her a few more questions and she answers them, then I ask 'can you help me place the order or should I do it online?' She tells me "oh just do it online" I'm like "ok... " thinking that's not such great customer service... then we hang up.

 So, phone experience wasn't anything to write home about basically. I wasn't mad but expected a little more friendliness/helpfulness.

So my order is placed online and I wait over a week with no word. Then a week later I get an email it was shipped. Then I wait some more, hoping for a tracking # to know when this is coming. Wait over a week and still haven't received the order. So I email. She says she thinks there is a problem with USPS as few other customers haven't received theirs either, so she says she will ship out another one immediately. It's now over a week since she told me that and I still haven't received it, nor a tracking #....URG!!! 

 I just have to ask, if their service always this slow?? I know it's a home business but seems really slow and not super professional.... anyone else have an experience similar to this?

  • email the owner, I think her name is Kim. I got my order very fast. I would complain about the customer service to the owner too.

    unfortunately it was Kim who I dealt with the entire time :(

    She did give me a full refund today though after I complained to them that I wanted to just cancel the order as I STILL haven't received anything and no tracking #, etc. So I'll def give her credit for that, that was a nice thing to do to try to correct the situation. 

  • I buy it locally, and got a quick reply when I had a question, so I can't really weigh in. But if you can get it locally (or through another site) I will say that I love it. The Lavender Mint Revival is my favorite! We do all our wash in it now.
  • That's too bad. My first (and only so far) order was in my mailbox w/in a week of ordering.
