I bought some maternity pants around 9 weeks, but then my bloat went away for a few weeks, and I swapped back to pre-pregnancy clothes before my belly started getting baby-related bigger. I probably haven't put on my pre-pregnancy pants in maybe two weeks. I wear a mixture of maternity/non-maternity shirts, and I don't think I even own a maternity dress or skirt because most of my pre-pregnancy ones fit fine.
I was wearing maternity clothes still from DD's pregnancy... I never really transitioned back to normal clothes. So, I've been wearing mat clothes this pregnancy since 0w1d.
I think my answer would have varied if I had worked over the summer, but since I am off all summer, I didn't really need clothes. I was 12 weeks when school got out, and used my bellaband a handful of times, but was basically wearing my reg. clothes.
I voted 14 weeks because I did purchase a maternity tankini and a pair of maternity shorts at that point, but other than those two items, was wearing all my reg. tops, bottoms, and dresses (mostly dresses all summer!). It wasn't until I was ready to go back to school that I realized I needed to go on a major maternity shopping spree.

I love these two beautiful children!
I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow, and I'm not wearing maternity clothes yet.
I do have one pair of maternity yoga pants that I wear around the house, though.
