I'm super annoyed with my blog template. DH is a computer technician and pretty much does this stuff all day long so by the time he gets home, he really doesn't want to deal with another whinny woman who wants her blog to look differently.

So I'm trying to be a big girl and problem solve...with your help, of course! I know that that there is a new, cool feature on Blogspot where you can create custom templates and designs but I'm pretty bored with those too. Any ideas? Any sites with free templates that you like? TIA!

    www.thecutestblogontheblock.com is pretty decent and I really like www.houseof3.com. That one is great, but it does cost money for the templates...It's like $3.00 for the background and $1.50 for the header. It's a reputable site though and cuter than all the free ones out there.

    I've been using the cutest blog on the block ones. They have some pretty cute ones and they're free. I am just not willing to pay money for a blog background- but that's just me.

    I use the cutest blog on the block ones too, I did pay a few bucks to have my blog turned into a 3 column.

    I made my header using a website called scrapblog.com. It's  basically like doing digital scrapbooking. Super super easy. You can export your image, save it to your computer, and then upload it as your header. It's a lot of fun to play around with. Most of the images on scrap blog are free though there are a number that you can pay for if you want.

     My blog addy is not yet in my profile or siggy but here's the link to it: Finding Home. I also did my sisters blog header and my mom's using scrapblog.
