Orange juice with crushed ice...

I just can't get enough! Well crushed ice by itself is good too. It's the only thing I've craved, ICE! How weird? Atleast it's not fattening!

    I heard that craving ice or wanting to chew ice is a sign of anemia. Don't quote me on that because I don't remember who told me that but everyone I know who craves ice happens to also be anemic. Not sure why but that's the first thing I thought of when I read your message lol

    YUM!! I went through that phase too. I was craving OJ and would complete it with tons of ice. It makes me want some now. (insert drooling emoticon).

    I've heard the same thing about the anemia thing, but if it's been really hot where you are, you could just need more fluids.

    That was me when pregnant with DD. I CRAVED ice + juice! I would keep trays of ice in the freezer, and two times a day I would put a tray of ice plus juice in the blender and make a "home made icee (or Slush Puppy)."

    I'm not saying you have this but they say craving ice, chalk etc can mean you have PICA. I found these websites if you want to check it out.

    I was checked for anemia and I was fine and my OB said it was an old wives tale. I have heard that alot though. Another OB that I don't see did tell someone else about the pica thing but I'm not wanting to eat dirt or anything, lol!
