If it was in a book then it must be true!!!!
Seriously ladies there are no tricks to the trade. Its having sex in your fertile window and hoping to end up in that 20% success rate. How you determine your fertile window is up to you, and whatever your comfortable with, but for the love of pete do not just do something just because its written in a book.
I could see how it could be something new and fun and maybe a goal of sex instead of baby making. ?
I have 4 days left (wasnt intentionaly doing the 10 day challenge, it just worked out that way) However, once I get my CHs--this vagina is taking a much needed break
I mean, I like-a de sex, but the DH thinks he needs to give it a good try everynight for it to "work". It's been fun but man, 10 days sounds long

I don't think this is a bad idea for a majority of people not on this board (who don't know much about their body). I mean, how many people do we all know that still think every woman O's at CD14? It's ridiculous. So it makes sense- if Nancy O'Dell O's on say CD18, she probably missed her fertile days every month until she did this 10 day challenge and finally got it right. And now she thinks it's a miracle that everyone should try!
Hey!! This is my first post here on The Bump so I am new to the lingo. I am definitely down to join your challenge! Looks like you and I will be getting busy the same days. I have been charting for 6 months and using condoms. Now it's officially GO TIME! I'm sure it goes without saying that I would LOVE to succeed my first month trying. I am on CD 8 right now and I could O any day from CD 12 to CD 15. I will be getting busy from Thursday, September 30th to Saturday October 9th. As I mentioned I have been Charting BBT for 6 months, so I have a good understanding of my cycle. Since i really want to succeed this month I also got a pack of OPK strips which I use once a day. I am thinking about picking up some Pre-Seed lube today. Been reading many success stories about it lately.

Is anyone still participating in the Sex-A-Thon Challege? I am. I started on Thursday and I am going until I have 3 day temp rise. (Hopefully that will be Friday, but it could be Saturday.)

Yes, he is participating too. Well, today marks day 7 and I believe I have started to see a temperature rise. I guess I will know for sure in a day or two. I should get cross hairs on FF soon. I hope anyway...
I know everyone thinks the 10 day challenge is stupid. I likely won't go all the way to 10, maybe 8 or 9, but I have had fun spending "quality time" with my husband every night before we go to sleep. I see ladies get stressed from time to time. Whatever we (as couples TTC) can do to keep it fun is great as far as I'm concerned.
