Should I buy a $65 costume in which I have a $25 off coupon? So this $65 costume would only be $40.
OK, here's the situation:
A friend of mine has a Halloween party every year and she sets a theme with the party and everyone comes dressed for the theme. Last year was The 80's. She has the party early enough in October so that it doesn't interfere with other Halloween parties and we really like that because we have our costumes all ready for the later-month parties.
This year my friend told me in passing that her party is October 15th and the theme is The 70s. DH and I came up with a really good costume to make and we were planning on just wearing it to another party we're going to on October 30th.
Here's the issue: it's now September 29th and there hasn't been an invitation to the 10/15 party yet and there's a rumor that my friend and her hubby are going through a really rocky time so there may not be a party after all. The costume DH and I would wear would be kinda dumb for a party that wasn't a 70s theme which is why I'm thinking of buying this $65/$40 costume. Obviously, I can't return it once I buy it, but if the 70s party is on, then I won't need a costume.
Make sense?
WWYD?
Here is the costume I'm considering. I'm a HUGE Disney fan...
Re: Silly Halloween Question: WWYD?
Ok. I would buy the Snow White Costume and buy the stuff for the 70's costume and return whichever I didnt need. Is that an option?
The Snow White Costume is so cute. I love it! I bet you'll look great in it. BUY IT!
Thanks! One vote is all it took to convince me...I bought it! I guess I'm all set for Halloween now - yay!
PS - Congrats on the weight loss - looks like your having great success!
