I know it might be a dumb question, but this is my first pregnancy. Is it okay to keep sleeping on my stomach for the time being? What about my back? I know as you get further along laying on your stomach is impossible, and laying on your back in bad, but for now is whatever I find comfortable okay?

Sleep on your stomach if you want as long as it's comfortable it shouldn't be hurting baby. Right now LO is still inside your pelvic bone area and so it shouldn't be a problem. I imagine it would become more uncomfortable when baby starts to grow and comes out but I have seen several women on here that have said they just arrange the pillows to make a hole for their belly and still sleep on their stomachs.
Back sleeping isn't an issue until later on. I always fall asleep on my side and wake up on my back, it's not a problem except that it's uncomfortable for me because it makes me feel like I have to pee haha.
This. Your body lets you know. Besides, sleep how it is more comfortable for you so you can actually get some good sleep now.
