baby punching self in face

Sometimes when Owen's dozing off, he makes a fist and smacks himself. I think he's aiming to tap on his binky but sometimes he misses and whacks himself in the forehead or eyeball. It doesn't seem to bother him, but he's cracked himself good sometimes and it troubles me a bit. Thoughts?

    This behavior is common among Mensa infants.  Stick out tongue

    ETA: Sorry, I wish I could actually provide some meaningful insight on this one.  When's his next well visit?  I'm sure it's nothing more than testing out/refining his gross and fine motor skills (coupled with the fact that he's doing this when he's tired = not seeming so coordinated?).

    Yup, he's trying to kill brain cells to level the playing field. That's also why he rolled off the bed.
