Pregnant after IF

Nervous about super low kicks

I might have asked this before, so forgive my scatter brain, but has anyone else felt their LO(s) kicking super low?  I feel like Landon is kicking me near my stitches and it freaks me out.  It is almost like my whole vag spasms when he kicks.  I am seriously afraid a foot is going to come out one of these days.  Not to mention he makes me feel like I have to pee every four seconds by doing this.

Re: Nervous about super low kicks

  • Oh for sure.  Both of my babies are very low.  One is head down and one is totally breach.  This is way TMI - but there are several times in a day where I fell like one of them is going to come out my a$$.  I feel the vag spasms all the time too.  And yes, when they shift at all, I have to pee.

For me, the fact that they are so low hasn't been a problem for my cervix.

  • I never felt feet in my cervix b/c when DS was breech it was his butt in my cervix.

Yay for 25 weeks, though! Keep cooking babies!

  • Thanks for bringing this up!  My babies are head down and when I feel movement I get a "twinge-y" feeling in my vag.  I could swear they are gonna pop out!
  • Glad to know I am not alone!  Everything you all described is what I am feeling...except the coming out the a$$ thing Wink
  • I have had it all pregnancy.  Twin A is literally on top of my cervix.  When she is breech she kicks the hell out of my bladder, backbone, and cervix.  And when she is head down she stretches her arms and uses my cervix and backbone as her push off point.  It is awesome! NOT~

This made me think of an olympic swimmer pushing off the side of the pool lol

  • I have only a singleton, but this started for me this week! Sometimes the kick makes me feel sick for a second, then I have to pee, and then I worry about it being too low. Kicks have def dropped a few inches from where I first felt them! Baby was breach at last US, hoping for a spin around soon!

Oh Twin A definitely has swimming potential.  She takes the gold in rolling and hurting me!!  Just wait it will happen to you!!  And the first time you feel that kick on your backbone, you will think WTF just happened!! It is the oddest feeling ever!

  • I have some super low kicks (or punches) too. I swear baby is stepping on or punching my cervix. sometimes it's even a bunch of kicks in a row.... like kick....pause... kick....pause....kick...pause... kick... pause...

I wonder if that could just be hiccups? Anyway, I feel really low kicks all the time too.

  • Haha!! My Baby A is the same way especially when he is awake at night. The docs think this is why I was having such pelvic pressure.

  • I have the same issues and during my fetal EKG we saw why..the baby was kicking my cervix and the bladder... It hasn't gotten any better..what makes it worse is that I have placenta previa..so I'm worried its going to cause me to bleed!

Oh, did I mention that I know of a girl who had a weak cervix and DID have a foot hanging out..yeah...so yeah I get freaked out.

  • all of my kicks have been super low, I haven't felt anything over 2 inches below my belly button, and they are usually much lower.
