So, I don't like taking things if I don't REALLY need them but the m/s has been almost unbearable this time around. I feel terrible from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed and it seems to be getting worse as the days drag by. I would like to do some research on my own before I just go into the drs. office and she hands me a perscription of something. Could you ladies please share any homeopathic remedies that you have found that have worked and also if you are on meds what are you taking.
TIA!
Re: in need of a serious M/S remedy... Please Help
I have been taking B6 2 to 3 times a day. I think it is helping a little. Also, I ordered Mommy's bliss morning sickness magic from iherb.com.
It has B6, ginger, folic acid and raspberry leaf. I'm thinking this should be stronger than B6 alone. It is definitely worth a try. Good luck!

I tried everything and ended up dehydrated and MISERABLE. Got a prescription for Diclectin and it has seriously saved my life. This is a Canadian drug and I forget the name of the US equivalent so you can look it up if that is where you are. I highly recommend it! It is completely safe for pregnancy and like you I hate to take anything I don't need but this really is worth it. I couldn't make it through a day without it.
I try to snack continuously throughout the day so that my stomach is never completely empty which seems to be what makes MS the worst for me. I also have a small snack before bed and then I eat something before I get out of bed in the morning (either an apple, bannana or a few crackers) about 20 minutes before actually getting out of bed.
There are gingerales with real ginger in it so you could try that. I know it totally sucks so I hope you find something that will help.
Ginger tea, peppermints, sour hard candy, preggie pops (they have different herbs in them), graze throughout the day.
This is coming from someone who would throw up water & saltines in the morning before even getting out of bed!
