Well, my 5.5 month has decided she's an overachiever, and started crawling today! (I'm wondering if the constant baby wearing has helped her strengthen her crawling muscles.)
We still have to make a few places off limits with the locks on cabinets, and I was wondering what you all have used and liked. Our cabinets do not have knobs (I'll order it off amazon, if that matters at all).
Thanks guys!
Re: Babyproofing, locks
We only babyproofed the cabinets under the sink because of chemicals. We just used the Safety 1st ones. Everything else, I just watched what he went to and moved things. The bathroom door was just shut all the time. Oh, and I tied a ribbon around the doors to the entertainment center.
Don't go crazy on all the things "they" want you to buy. Just watch her and see what you really need to babyproof. Move some stuff around and give her an area in the kitchen cabinets for her things, like spoons and pots/pans she can't mess up.

If it helps, DS learned to unlock these after about a month;)
That does help. We are thinking about this. https://www.amazon.com/KidCo-Magnet-Lock-Key-Holder/dp/B000JOQMHW/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
We are going to order the starter set, for under the kitchen sink. We really only need them on those, and the bathroom cabinets. And something to keep the tv safe, since I have these fears about it squishing her, it's one of the most common accidents with flat screens and babies.
