Anyone know at what age you can give a baby cold medicine?

    6. ask a doctor starting at 4. nothing before then.

    It sucks! However, our pedi suggests Benadryl for really stuffy noses. DD2 gets 3/4 tsp at 24lbs. I think around 25lbs it switches to 1 tsp.

    Then of course there's always the humidifiers, nasal spray, vicks BABY rub, etc...

    At age 1 they can have honey to help soothe coughs. I believe Little Remedies (they also make gripe water, sold at Target) makes a cough/cold honey "med" that you can give at age 1.

    And I've found some good all-natural stuff you can start at age 2 at Whole Foods.
