Just curious if I am eating the worst here, LOL! I had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats and some blueberries for breakfast, 2 egg McMuffins (homemade) for lunch, a couple cookies in the afternoon, 3 pieces of veggie pizza for dinner with a caramel apple for dessert! I'm just going with what is appetizing right now!

MH made me Scrambled eggs and a veggie hash for breakfast, with some strawberries and orange juice... it was wonderful.
Lunch was a chicken salad sandwich that my mom made.
Dinner was a spinach salad and a red potato.
For snacks I had a cheese stick and a strawberry cheesecake yogurt.
I'm overweight, and have had problems with bp in the past, so I've been trying really frickin hard to eat healthy.
1/4 banana
1 whole grilled cheese with sour cream pringles
1/2 chicken breast and some noodles
tons of water and a cup of cranberry juice
1 greek yogurt and a cup of irish breakfast tea
3/4 belgian waffle, small oj, sausage, 1 scrambled egg
salad--romaine, tomotoes, cukes & sundried tomato vinaigrette
5 small baked shells w/ricotta and homemade sauce
cup of mint tea & lots of water
1/2 glass of organic skim milk
an open-faced poached egg sandwich on a sprouted grain english muffin with a slice of tomato and a slice of cheddar cheese
4 oatmeal coconut choc. chip cookies throughout the day that I made yest.
1 low fat mozzarella cheese stick
a natural pb & jam sandwich on sprouted grain eng. muffin
several cherry tomatoes
couple handfuls of pretzel chips
1 low sugar apple juice packet
small bowl of split pea veggie soup that I made yest. with a few small bread pieces for dipping
a quarter of an organic chicken patty on a quarter of a bun (shared with DH)
water, vitamins
Can you tell I'm getting my appetite back? Ha. I'm just thankful to be eating vegetables again.

lots and lots of sandwich meat
over easy eggs
tons of chocolate
and plenty of caffeine.

I did really have a frappucino but I get it with skim milk and then it's only 6 points.
I had a lean cuisine for lunch
a handful of baked lays for a snack
And I splurged and used my week points for In N Out.
I have lost 21lbs so far wohoo!
My WORST day of eating.. but I woke up SOOOO sick I didn't even care... back to normal eating tomorrow
Breakfast- may a hemp smoothie (couldn't eat it). Bought a breakfast burrito (couldn't eat it)
Lunch- went to Jack in the Box (my in-laws wanted subway- they told me I could get soup...uhhh no thanks... I'm starving here! so Jack in the box was the compromise??)
Teriyaki bowl- ate the broccoli (couldn't eat anything else)
Dairy Queen- chicken strip basket (wolfed it down
)
Dinner- Scrambled eggs and hasbrowns (threw up in the kitchen sink while I was cooking it)
EATING TODAY= FAIL
I am having a really difficult time eating regularly - I mostly end up grazing through my day.
Today all I've managed has been a handful of grapes, some salted chips, and about 3 big glasses of water.
I cook healthy balanced dinners and force myself to eat a serving - like last night I had tomatoe soup with rice and salad.
I hope I get my appetite back soon!
