Hours: Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm (most items 50% off)

    Im going tonight for the first time mom presale! Ive never been and Im pretty excited! Any tips for me? Im thinking it's going to be like the "scratch, dent and ding" People form a long line hours beforehand and everyone rushes in and takes everything they can as fast as they can. I have no clue what to expect. I just know there's going to be over 400 people there tonight.

    bring a laundry basket and/or second set of hands for carrying things.

    bring a pen to write your name on large items.

    make sure you come with extra trunk space!! (you may need it to get home) 

    create a 'shopping list' before you leave your home. What are you looking for? what's a must have item? what's missing from your closet? Have an idea of what you need in your head if not on paper.

    be prepared to make a decision without a partner or spouse... those who wait usually lose the item. (you can always try to resell it on craigslist or the next sale if need be) 

    Look for BIG TICKET items FIRST... so what if you lose out on a cute outfit... there's hundreds of others. Strollers, high chairs, swings and bouncy seats are HOT items and ALWAYS sell out. They are in the back of the store.

    Come with patience and plenty of extra time. Wear walking shoes. 

    DO NOT BRING KIDS WITH YOU if you can avoid it. While it's kid friendly, it will be an added test of your patience. 

    (Tips from a volunteer & consigner for years... I was doing consigner drop off last Saturday and there were GREAT deals coming in)

    The best deals can be had if you're a consigner or volunteer to shop pre-sale or get in line early on Thursday morning.

    If you're a first time mom, sign up for 'new mom shopping pre-sale' too which is before the general public sale.

    I still found some cute clothes at the 50% off sale on Saturday. It all just depends on what you're shopping for though.
