How did it go on Friday at the office? I called her too on Friday because I I didn't hear back from her Thursday- she's been at the new building and difficult to reach. She did call me back last night right before she left and I said she would get my check signed on Monday for my refund, so I think she will be in on Monday if you didn't catch her yet.

    I didn't get to go :( I have been so busy at work that I am just going to have to go next week. I'm frustrated as heck though because they hospital called and threatened to turn this over to collections if I don't take care of it. Annoying. At least she returned your call! That's further than I've gotten!

    When I couldn't reach her, I spoke to Erin and told her what was going on as well, she also works on some of the billing stuff so she was able to look into it and then I got the call back later that day. Maybe she can help you too. If not, maybe you can call Jen or someone else to get them to put a little pressure on her too.

    I had a follow-up consult at CNY on Friday- I already had an initial visit a long time ago, so it was free to go back for a re-visit because they are 100% covered on my plan and we figured it couldn't hurt. He didn't really add anything drastically new, except he feels that we should go ahead with the first round of IVF and stop trying to test repeat biopsies because the validity of them is often questioned anyway, he doesn't like the crazy test I told you about that was recommended and basically thinks its being pushed by the researcher and I would have to pay for it (financially/physically and emotionally) without it giving me much info. So...we are thinking about starting the cycle next week!  We are a little torn because part of us wants to go back to Dr. H if we are going to go ahead anyway because they know what's been working best, but also I really liked how upbeat the new RE was and we felt so great leaving him because he was so optimistic, totally not the feeling we have been getting currently. We actually felt optimistic ourselves and loved that we had that support. Just thought I would update you- we do have an appt set up at Cornell, so we also have that in our pocket too if this doesnt seem to be right but I hate to go so far if I can do the same thing here :)

    I'm so glad you had a better f/u with CNY! Sometimes you just need to shake things up! Like I said, go with your gut. You will know what is right for you and your husband when you hear the plan. Excited for you hon :) Keep me posted!
