try massaging your hand between your thumb and index finger. it works and it is better with lotion and having dh rub your hand. it works for my migraines. hth... otherwise you can take tylenol. hope it goes away... headaches suck...
Two things that have worked for my intense pregnancy headaches:
1) a back, neck and head massage. Google "prenatal massage" in your area, and tell them you have a terrible headache too. Also, ask if the office has AC.
2) Ice pack or bag of frozen veggies, wrapped in a thin towel, on your neck. The ice will reduce the tension, and it helps if you do it in a quiet, dark room.
Ask family for cooperation, tell them you NEED it. That's what I finally had to do, and my headaches have been gone for 2 days. (Knock on wood)
