Flu shots

Liam didn't get a flu shot at his appointment this week 'cause they only had the kind with mercury in it.  I didn't feel great about that so I waved off in hopes that other places will have the mercury free kind.  Anyone know if these are around?  I go to a small pedi office and they weren't confident that they would get any...

    My Pedi's office has them (Virginia Mason/Issaquah), and she warned about getting the shot too early as well. She said that she is advising patients not to get it until October/November because they wear off before the end of our flu season (which lasts until February).

    Search around, I am sure that you will find an office that carries the mercury free ones.

    our pedi is getting them (shoreline). They also advised us not to get the shot to early. I plan on taking M in next month to get hers
