if your supply dropped while sick

remind me how long it takes to come back up.  i remembered this happened with dd #1 too.

i came down with strep tue evening and i have been very sick with high fevers.  i'm on the mend today but my supply is really sucky the last 2 days.

i'm keeping hydrated and letting dd nurse frequetly.  is that enough or should i get more aggressive?  i forgot how long it takes for supply to rebound after being sick.

    Hope you are feeling better soon!  Your supply will probably get back to normal in the next few days.  Don't stress too much about it, just nurse frequently and rest as much as you can.  Good luck!
    DS born 8/8/09 and DD born 6/12/12.
