I think you are thinking of Emjay- she posted a child's records from her job as a medical transcriptionist. I don't have a steel-trap mind though, so maybe I am wrong...
jodi, Marce posted that she had stockpiled 30 cans of similac that she got at the hospital where she works as a postpartum nurse. She was pissed because 22 of them were on the recall list & she cant get a refund since she took (or stole depending on how you look at it) the formula from the hospital that was meant for patients. And now she has to go out and buy some.
A math question:
How much money would one get reimbursed for something one spent $0 on?

Now, I'm not the most ethical one so I would probably, out of instinct (if that is what you would call it) think in my head "Hhmmm, I bet I can return these and get a credit now that they are being recalled." I know, I know....I'm the scum of the Earth.
But it wouldn't occur to me to be actually upset that I couldn't return them (if that turned out to be the case) and if I had to actually pay for the formula (which I would have had to pay for in the first place).
I guess the difference is that I would not EXPECT to get reimbursed for something I stole from my employer!!
And FYI to all nesties...listen to my wise advice..do NOT delete. Just don't. It just makes it worse. Well, delete, if what you are looking for is 800 posts about yours. If that's your goal, then delete. If you want it to go away, just leave for the day, leave the post remaining and the damn bullies on this board will find something else to talk about soon enough.

She had 30 cans of formula LEFT. Who knows how many she started off with. To be pissed because you have to go out and buy something that you had previously gotten for free via suspect methods is pretty gross.

She did bubbly. It was about a new mom/mom to be. I remember it, she got flamed for it, and then DDed it. It was two(ish) years ago. Back when she had her son in that nemo halloween costume as a siggy.
Just food for thought---------If her son was born in June, does anyone (besides me) venture to wonder how many cans of formula she has been "given" since then?

It was her uncle (father of the cousin and grandfather of the new baby) who called her mom (his sister) to tell her the name. Her mom was the one who thought the name George was a joke.

ETA: Oh, I just reread....I couldn't get past the brother/grandson/cousin to realize the brother was of her mom.
You know I just clicked on that link and the OP is not the OP I remember reading. Did she edit it w/out clarifying it was edited?
ETA: Yep I definitely think it is different than what was originally posted b/c it sounds slightly less assy and I remember thinking it was her brother and sil, which I wouldn't of if the labeling of grandson/cousin had been there.

No, that's what's in the OP.
She specifically says "that was my mom yesterday" -- that it was her mom's brother who called her mom to tell the baby's name.

See, I think she may have said her mom's brother called (and I just did not catch it and thought she said her brother,) but I REALLY don't think she also clarified "grandson" and "cousin" in the OP. If she did, I am seriously losing my mind if I derived brother/sil from that post.
