Wish me luck with HR and my idiot coworker...

So there's a girl at my work (I'm her boss actually) that keeps stealing my work/ideas and posting it to her blog etc. and claiming it as hers.

It's happened TONS and all last week I worked rewriting HTML blogger code for a new project we're releasing and she goes and uses it on her blog and brags that it's so "freakin awesome" that she knows how to write HTML code now.

Yeah idiot; you didn't write ANY of it!!!! Not a line!!! That would make it pretty easy!!! This has happened at least three times with different things, and my bosses haven't said a word to her. So I sent them a pretty strong email (I've only got till end of Feb there anyway), and the main boss did pass it along to HR.

Oh, and I also told them she should never be designing art related products for us since she's ripping people off (especially if she's ripping me off and I'm her EFFING BOSS!!!!)..

But now I've got an email from HR saiying they want to talk to me about it and not to tell anyone at work (including my bosses)! Whoops! Too late.

I guess the only thing I'm worried about is that I'll be the one that gets in trouble/fired/whatever. DH would be pissed, but I'd be ok with it. More time to nest
