Interviewed midwives, think I found "the one"

The first group I interviewed, the midwife I really really wanted to meet and speak with wasn't there. 2nd day in a row I couldn't see her because she was at a HB. So I met with her partner (who has only been there 2 months) and is a CNM. I realized halfway through I didn't really like her and that if the one I wanted wasn't available (which is extremely possible) I wouldn't really want her to be there.

So on to MW #2 and I absolutely loved her. She's a CPM (which I feel better about anyway). I mentioned I thought I may have a UTI and she did a quick dipstick while I was there (even though I'm not a "patient" yet). I'm so happy to have made a decision and feel like I can finally move forward.

    yay!  plus I'd be a little concerned with #1 in that you were never able to met with her.  Understandable about being flexible, but it seems like it was a bit more difficult.
