Anyone with very high heart rate?

Most ranges I've seen for babies at 12 weeks and beyond are 120-160. Just curious if anyone's baby was higher. Our baby's was at 170 yesterday--this caused the doctor NO concern whatsoever and I'm not really worried... just curious!

    ours is at 170 something right now but I remember the first time we heard our first baby's heartbeat, it was up around 180 or 190 at 9/10 weeks!  I don't think it ever went below 160/170. The Doc said watch out, you're going to have your hands full with this one.   (and she was right.. he never stopped moving in utero and for the next 4 years!) 

    My point is, yours sounds nice, healthy, and perhaps the baby was just doing a little exercising :)

    At 8 weeks it was 171, then went in for a scare around 9 weeks and it was 182. Completely normal. I go in for my 12 week Tuesday and I'm curious what it will be then.

    Ours never went below 160 and a few times she was in the 180-185 range.

    I looked back at my blog and at 12w, my son's heartrate was 176 bpm.

    Mine was 171bpm yesterday and my tech said it is perfect. They want it between 120 and 180! Hope that makes you feel better!

    I know a quite a few people with "high" heart rates and ALL of them had baby girls.  :)

    funny! I love old wives tales.  My 2 boys' beats were never below 160.. and they are all boy!  (people loved to tell me I was having girls. ha!)

    funny! I love old wives tales.  My 2 boys' beats were never below 160.. and they are all boy!  (people loved to tell me I was having girls. ha!)

    At 8w3days ours was 188, the tech didnt say anything concerning at all.

    Total opposite for me. My DS was always 160-180. I'm pregnant with a girl, and her heartrate was always slow-right around 140.

    At our 1st appt, the heartbeat was 170 per minute. I think that's actually considered normal for a baby inside the uterus because I've read that their heart beats about twice as fast as ours and regular heart beats for us is about 60 per minute. Some argure 80. I'll stick with 80...lol
