My Doctor still hasn't called me back...

in TTC After a Loss
and I have this feeling she's not going to. Ughh. I'm so tired of being assertive and want someone to take care of me! Besides the "what will you do now that I've had 3 losses?" question, I want to know if we can continue to TTC next month after this early mc/cp. Anyone been through (unfortunately) a similar situation and have an answer?

    Really, still no phone call? That's awful. I'm so sorry Jill.

    I hope she calls soon and you can ask your questions. Or you find a new doctor. I'm so sorry.

    Femera started November 2014. 3 rounds, no luck. Moving to IUI.
    March 2015: IUI#1 - nope.
    May 2015: IUI#2 - nada.
    October 2015: IUI#3 - BFP on Nov 2, 2015! *stick baby stick!*

    I'm sorry you haven't heard back from your doctor.  I know that can be super frustrating.

    I'm the PITA patient, and I don't apologize for it.  I always ask when I should expect to hear back from them.  I then give them until an hour before closing on that day before I call in.

    My doctor is great if you are having a "normal" pregnancy and aren't a total PITA like I am. Unfortunately I can e-mail her, so she'll be receiving a nice one from me tonight.

    I'd be pissed, and you can bet I would be calling every morning and every afternoon until I got answers.  And then I would request my records be transferred to the new doctor I find who would actually take me seriously.

    I'm sorry you're dealing with this.  Doctors offices can be SO infuriating!   

    TTC since January 2010
    BFP 5/9/10. U/S - no heartbeat 6/2/10 (7 weeks). Induced miscarriage 6/7/10.
    Chemical pregnancies 12/2/10, 1/3/11, and 2/7/11.
    dx: RPL due to poor quality uterine lining; begin progesterone January 2011
    BFP 3/10/11. EDD 11/19/11. E arrived 11/15/11!

    Outside of the dr I've been there and it was explained by the NP to me that when you bleed right away when the loss occurrs that is the m/c then you will have a period and that is your cycle (AF) Your initial bleed is supposed not your AF.  One dr said now that we know we want you to wait one cycle, if we didn't know then you could try right away because we would just assme its a late period, not a m/c. One NP then said we didn't have to wait!

    I thought and thought to myself what does it matter to my ute if my brain knows or not?  What if I never tested? Confused I don't know the answer but we started ttc asap.

    I guess I have no good answers except I am soory Sad

    I've decided I don't like doctors, pretty much period. (There have been 2-3 exceptions in my life, and they are now too far away for me or dead). You never know if s/he is truly a good dr until you need them.

    I'm the biggest PITA patient, too. But we deserve prompt attention when we have crises. And you're having one. (((hugs)))

    I would do anything possible to speak with my dr.  I hope she gets back to you soon.  You deserve some answers and if she/he is not willing to give you the time to address your concerns I would recommend getting a new dr. ASAP!

    UGH!!! That is so frustrating! I would definitely send an email and make it perfectly clear what you want/expect from her/him now. Personally, I'd give the ultimatum that he at least try to help you get some answers or you'll find a Doctor who will. I'm so sorry that you have to deal with this now. SO unfair. ((((Hugs))))

    I had almost the exact same experience in August with a c/p, and my doctor said it was okay to try again right away. I am sorry your doctor is being such a pain.

    I'm sorry about yout doctor, that is so frustrating. 

    I conceived DS 3 weeks after a C/P.  My RE said to wait one cycle to do more treatments but he didn't tell us to TTA.  (My pregnancy was uneventful.)  Hope you get some answers soon.
