  I enter my info in a tab that says specific that marks, sore boobs, PMS, Ovulation pains, ect. Is that what your looking for?

  Are you talking about what information is displayed when others look at your chart or when you look at your chart?  If it is for when others view your chart, it is under home page setup.  If you look on the left navigation menu, hover over Sharing and another menu will pop up.  Click on Home Page Setup and that will allow you to customize what information is shown to people viewing your chart.
