Everyone finds that something different works for them, but the 'key' for me was half a can of cold Coke in the morning (not cherry coke, not pepsi, but coke) - this actually came recommended from my midwife
ginger did it for me.. ginger ale and ginger candies that you suck on. I know at whole foods stores they sell a ginger juice too that I'm assuming would work the same. I think I tried about 3 different peoples personal remedies before I found one that worked for myself
I had to eat every 2-3 hours. I would eat 3 meals/day but then would have a small snack in between (yogurt, granola bar, banana...). For me keeping something in my stomach made me feel better.
this was actually the only thing that really worked for me...it was a LONG pregnancy...but i agree with the cold Coke...that gave me some relief...and if it gets really bad and you can't keep things down, make sure you talk to your Dr...Zofran became my best friend during pregnancy
