Now I get why the Ergo is so well-liked!

It is soooo much more comfortable without the newborn insert. I used it sans insert for the first time today and w/ DS's legs around me instead of tucked in the middle with his toes digging into me. Ahhh, comfort. It feels just right and he had such a good snooze in it.

While I like the Moby, this was so handy to put on/off without the insert too. I like it a dozen times better than before.

    I tried the Ergo when DS was I think 3 months old and his legs didn't look comfortable and he screamed every time I put him in it.  Maybe I need to look into it again.  I need to look into some other option because I felt like I got hit by a truck yesterday after carrying him around in my K'tan on Sunday.

    yay! so glad it's working for you. while the Moby was super helpful in the newborn days, I was counting down til DS3 could fit in the ergo. LOVE the Ergo!!!

    Glad to hear you like the ERGO more without the insert!  After you stopped by on Saturday I told DH about your moby wrap and we ordered a lilac one!  We should be getting it soon.  I thought having two different carriers would be a good idea and the wrap looked really comfy when you put it on!

    *I still have your email you sent me the other day... just haven't had a chance to sit down and respond from home yet!  Gmail was blocked at work.*

    No worries! Lilac sounds so pretty. I would've gotten a more neutral color but I just got the floor model from Austin Baby's GOOB sale. My MIL was here w/ her 43 y.o. nephew from France and you should've seen me showing off my cloth diapers to him. It was funny.
