I have several options if i have to throw up. I have all my routes mapped out ahead of time. My best option is the bathroom, my last resort is the side of the building.

My office isn't far from the bathroom, but if I feel I'm not going to make it I use my garbage can. I have extra garbage bags and I just throw it in the bathroom garbage.
Question from DH: what do you do if you are in the office and have to throw up?
not a clue. Never had m/s with either pregnancy. But I asked CW when we were pg together last time. She said she didn't care who heard (there are 3 stalls in our restrooms)
With my 1st pregnancy, I ended up telling at 9 weeks because it was so obvious something was going on with me.
This time, I'm still too early for the sickness, and am considering this the calm before the big storm.
If I had to throw up, I ran to the bathroom. I have my own office, and there was 1 time that I closed (more like slammed!) the door and hurled in my trash can. We are fortunate to have a single stall bathroom too. If it was a double stall, I guess I'd still do what I had to do.
I have a presentation to make for an entire department in 15 min. I'm pretty sure I'm going to barf all over them. I'm such a baby that I made our Receptionist go buy me a Sprite and bring it to my office.
I told my manager and we were joking about how if she sees me running away with my trashcan, she'll know what is going on. She told me to bring a big purse so I can empty the bag outside without anyone seeing (GROSS!) we were laughing really hard. She doesn't have kids and the whole pregnancy thing clearly scares her.
"Right beside you is where I belong... from this moment on."
Re: to all those 2nd time+ moms who work in an office
I just did. LOL
I turn on the sink.

i never needed to throw up at work- but i'd assume you simply walk to the bathroom and do so. or if you don't have time- use your trash can.
it is what it is i suppose.
