Biopsy says....

NOT cancer!

But, they are treating it like a cancer. :(

Apparently, it's a type of tumor that causes fatty cysts, and they're not 100% sure they got it all in the surgery. So, they're going to do either chemo or radiation therapy, to be sure.

Poor baby will probably be in the hospital a few more days, and SIL may have torn out all her hair by then, but she is recovering well. Thanks for all the T&P, ladies!!

    Thanks for the update, so happy for your niece and your family that you don't have to deal with a cancer diagnosis. Hoping and praying for continued health and happiness for her!!

    I'm so glad to hear it wasn't cancer!! I'm sorry she'll have to go through cancer treatments, but I'm glad to hear that she's recovering well from surgery.
