Skin Product Recommendations

Ahh so the skin issues started for me. I had pretty good skin before pregnancy save for an annoying amount of blackheads in my chin and nose. My skin has gone crazy the past few days. I feel like I am pouring buckets of oil from my T-zone and have 2 very large and unfortunate pimples. And my blackheads have multiplied.

I'm beauty product dumb and have no idea what to buy to fix this. Any ideas for a million blackheads, gross pimples, or oily skin? TIA.

I haven't found anything yet but I'm having the same problems. My skin was pretty good but after I got the news about my pregnancy it went down hill. I'm getting huge pimples, my skin is SO oily, and I have patches of dry skin on my face. I usually take good care of my skin but this is completely new to me! I don't know what to do.
