What time do they go to bed? 830-9pm

Bed between 7:30 and 8:30pm
Up between 6am and 7am
Never STTN: we're usually up at 10pm, 1am 3am 5am....sometimes more.

What time do they wake up? I wake her up around 6:45a on most weekdays, some weekdays (when DH is home with her) she wakes up on her own around 7-8a and on weekends it is usually around 7:30-8a

Do they STTN? YES, but he wakes up around 3-5 am and cries for 5 mins before falling back asleep. I don't get him out of the crib any earlier than 6. usually it's 6:30 like clock work everyday.
