Infant Massage: Are oils cloth diaper safe?

My sister just completed training to teach parents infant massage and AJ loves it! But I'm iffy on whether the oils (all edible--she uses sunflower oil) are CD safe. Anyone know?

I use Grapeseed Oil and Almond Oil. I'm not positive but I don't think they are okay for CD's. I always just drape a prefold over his naughty bits or use lotion.
