I have two pairs of motherhood (full panel) that are super comfy..and then I have 1 pair of "oh baby" by motherhood that get REALLY stretched out and feel awful. I have tried the low band and find it very uncomfortable. I may be the only one, but I much prefer the full panel, I feel like it gives me support! Good luck!
I have a pair of 2-year-old full panel ones from Motherhood that are my favorite. I like the Secret Fit bely ones there too, but I do have to keep pulling at them, as the belly panel keeps rolling down on me.
I'm this close to just sewing some loops onto them and attaching them to my bra to hold them up!

Well I love Target's maternity jeans! They have a few different styles to choose from. I think the ones with the elasticity band that goes up really high are the most comfy! Also Destination Maternity (when they r having sales) has a great selection of very comfy maternity jeans!
I bought 2 pair at JCPenny -the brand is Duo Maternity. They are full paneled, they don't look "maternity", and I paid a total of $36 for both of them.

Same here. I love both pair of my JC Penny jeans. I plan to use my $10 off of $10 coupon to buy another pair of pants for work.
I got some Paige maternity jeans from zulily for $50... love them!!! I get so many compliments and people can't believe it when I tell them they're my maternity jeans.

I got a pair of Joe's Jeans from the Motherhood outlet, and they are downright heavenly. I'd wear them every single day, except I'm afraid of wearing them out. I may actually buy another pair at full-price... they're pricey, but totally worth it since I SAH and wear jeans constantly.
Otherwise, I've had success with Gap, but they require a lot more pulling/yanking than my Joe's.
I love my Thyme Maternity pair and hate my ON hand me downs. The ones from Thyme are pretty stylish and were only $30 on sale. They are nice and snug in the butt, but have some stretch, and the full panel is super comfy. But I never see any one post about Thyme, so I don't know if you have that in the States.

From a comfort perspective I, like other posters, really like Target's Liz Lange Maternity jeans with the full panel. Even though the panel itself is still a little big on me, it feels like I'm wearing yoga pants and the panel helps support and smooth my bump. The downside is the butt is a little dumpy looking, but perhaps a size down would fit me better (I bought them at a consignment store). And the panel can itch a little occasionally.
For looks, I like the Old Navy Maternity relaxed fit jeans, like these. They definitely don't look like maternity jeans, and the denim elastic band doesn't look nearly as cheesy as I expected. They do, however, tend to dig in to the bottom of my bump, and push the bump up a little bit so it's slightly misshapen (almost like it has a slight point to it). I'm sure no one notices but me.
All in all, I haven't found the ultimate jeans for me yet, but those are my thoughts so far.
My favorite pair are the full panel maternity jeans that I got from H&M. I'm wearing full panel skinny jeans from Old Navy today, and they're also pretty good.
2 years ago, I invested in a pair of Noppies. It is the only pair of maternity jeans I've ever owned and I wore them all the time. They are holding up beautifully so far although it's still a little too hot down here to wear them a lot.
They did cost me about $90 but I think it was well worth it.

both were a splurge but well worth it because they are so comfortable and I plan on having more kids and passing them down when I am done- so thats how I justified the price :P
Motherhood makes Secret Fit maternity jeans. They are SOOO comfortable; especially as you grow bigger. In the third tri they were all I could stand to wear.
I really liked my Gap jeans, they are low rise with the buttons on the inside so you can make them bigger/smaller depending on your needs. I also wore these post pregnancy as I was getting back down to size. No one ever knew I was wearing maternity jeans and they were the most comfortable for me.

This! I got mine last weekend. I'm still in second trimester, but they're incredibly comfortable!
My favorite are a pair from Destination Maternity. They are super comfy and fit well. The only negative is they stretch out easily in the legs, so I have to dry them constantly.
I have two pairs from Gap -- both fall down a little, but one is too big so once I pack on a few more lbs, I think they'll stay up. I also just bought a pair of AG black maternity jeans from A Pea in the Pod but haven't worn them yet (still kind of in disbelief as to how much they cost, but I think I'll get a lot of use out of them). And I have a pair of Paige black maternity cords from Gilt that just arrived yesterday but I haven't tried them on yet.

Another Secret Fit maternity jean lover. I loved that they had boot cut too!
It honestly depends on your body type. If you are taller, most jeans from places like Target or even Motherhood aren't long enough (at least not for me). My favorites so far have been Paige (worth the splurge, so mad I didn't get a second pair through zulilly) and I love the Gap Long and Leans. Full panel always seems to be better for comfort and cutting down on the "tug" factor. If you are a person who likes to wear jeans tucked into boots, get some cheap "jeggings" from Target, Forever 21, H&M, etc. Talk about comfortable....
I splurged on one good pair from pea in the pod...they look way better than my normal jeans...would it be bad to just wear them normally after the baby??

Re: recommend your maternity jeans please.
This. I just bought some from Target and I am surprised how much I like them.

MOTHERHOOD MATERNITY, seriously! I have 2 pairs from them and they both rock with the hidden belly thing and they never slip down.
I have 1 pair from Target and they look good but slip all the time.
I also got 1 pair of Joes from Pea in the pod and they are ok but totally not worth the money.
well that's my 2 bits....oh and I wear jeans almost everyday for everything.
