Lately, our LO has been getting on all fours with her arms straight and her legs in a froggy-like position. She hops forward but she doesn't understand the idea of moving her arms yet, so she often ends up face planting into the blanket.
She scoots around a little on her stomach but we rarely do tummy time (she lasts less than 2 minutes before she cries) so any time in this position or the "froggy"/all fours positions are short lived. Also, she likes to push her hips off the ground while laying on her back and then will push herself around the area with her feet.
She's been sitting unassisted for over a month.
Does this sound like she's going to be crawling soon? I'm asking because I've got a lot to do around here in terms of baby proofing before we start having a mobile child. Obviously, she's bound to crawl at some point but do you think there's still quite a bit of time before that happens or does it sounds like it's going to be sooner rather than later?
