We are totally screwed (DCP drama)

So I just got off the phone with my BFF who was the one recommended her DCP to us. I have met the DCP about 10 times and have been there a handful of times. Her house is clean and safe and she's certified by the city and everything. 

Today my BFF's DH went to pick up their kids and the DCP had been smoking pot while there were kids there.

So now we're back to square one. Luckily we have until Dec. to find someone.

    Oh geeze, that's awful. Make sure she or her DH reports her to the licensing board (I'm assuming that DCPs have to be licensed everywhere and not just in my state).

    At least you have a decent amount of time left to find someone. It's a lot better to find out now than to find out for yourself when you go pick LO up!

    Oh gosh I'm so sorry. Thank goodness you found out now, but sorry your friends kids had to smell that crap.
