Baby Ear Piercing

Stopping over to get some advice if anyone can help me.

My sister wants to get my niece's ears pierced. She was going to go to walmart, and i really don't feel good about that. I don't hate the idea of Claire's but they totally messed up one of my piercings and i'm trying to tell her this is something she is going to have for her whole life and you want to do some research before you just show up at a place and let a teeny-bopper poke a hole in your baby's ears!

Did anyone here get it done or have recommendations?
