Hey Ladies!
I looked around on the web for an answer to this question, but can't seem to find it so I'm asking y'all...
I'm on CD3 of my 3rd cycle off of BCP and AF has been getting shorter and lighter with each cycle. My first cycle was 5 days, started out med flow and quickly went to light flow/spotting. My 2nd was 3 days and mainly med/light flow. This last one was pretty much over yesterday afternoon! All 3 cycles have been about 34 days, and between temps, OPKs and CM, I know I O'd last cycle. I'm not over or under weight (well, I mean I'd love to lose the jiggle in my a$$, but its not a big deal
) I can't think of any other info that would be relavant to the situation...
I know that BCP's jack your hormones up and things take a while to even out after coming off them, but this has me a little concerned. Don't get me wrong, short visits are nice, but I'm worried that my endometrial lining may not be up to snuff. So here's my question:
Does the length and quantity of a woman's menstrual flow have anything to do with the thickness or quality of her lining?
I'm using Pom this time around and am looking for a good supplement since the juice is so expensive- if anyone has a good source and brand for Pom extract, the info would be much appreciated as well! Sorry this got a little long! Thanks for any info and I hope everyone's having a good day!

Re: If AF packs light, is this a potential problem?
I don't normally like the AF expression, but you had be laughing at "packs light".
I've heard other ladies on this board say there's no connection, but I don't have any experience- just wanted to tell you you made me laugh

This (except I was on BCP about 4 years). AF is much lighter now and used to be terrible before BCP
this is comforting to hear, since my AF is like yours too. thanks!
