bottle, before or after solids?

I was told to feed DD cereal then an hour later a bottle.   Today she refused the bottle an hour after her oatmeal.  What do you do?

    I'd just wait until she gets hungry. Maybe try pushing it back to an hour and a half later for the bottle.

    DD's pedi said bottles before solids. We wait 1.5-2 hours after a bottle for solids. Bottles are more important at this point, so I'd make sure she gets those.

    It drives me crazy when everyone gets different advise!  Maybe I will try your way tomorrow.

    I have consistently heard bottle/breastfeeding before solids.  BM/formula is where they get most of their nutrition up to one year, so if somethings going to give (ie, if they get full and don't eat something) you want it to be the solids that they refuse.

    I have seen different ways of doing this... we follow our Pedi's suggestion/instruction on this which was/is :  solid and then bottle immediately after.

    Bottles before solids. My ped said the bottle is still the most important thing for them. So I give her a bottle and then solids about an hour and half later. Good luck!
