When does the baby rise up?

My dr told me last week that my uterus has reached my bellybutton but, when using my doppler, I still find the heartbeat just above the hair line.

When does the baby move upwards?

    I think it depends on where baby is positioned at the moment. sometimes they find the hb higher and sometimes lower.

    No clue.  My baby is right at my belly button the other day it was actually hiding behind my belly button I was freaking I couldn't find a heartbeat with the doppler and knew about where it was and joked watch its right in my belly button sure enough I put the doppler on my belly button area and there was the heartbeat.

    Yes, a little.  I think it's showing and so do others who know I'm pregnant.  No one else at work has said anything to me, though (haven't gone public yet).  One friend (a woman) said it's obvious and another (a man) said it's not (both know I am pregnant).

    I wear a huge sweater at work daily because it's cold in the office so that probably helps hide it a little.

    This was me last weekend.  I think I'm a little bigger now.

    I don't know about "rising up" but my LO has been doing circles in my uterus. I have been feeling her/him for a week now every day and they are very active so I can tell when they move and shift from where they are punching/kicking. I have felt more kicks/punches down towards the bottom of my uterus but I feel some on the sides and at the top as well.
