Belly Button Pain

in 1st Trimester

Morning Ladies! 

I went to bed last night having cramping in my stomach. It hurt in and around my belly button. This morning it doesn't hurt as much except when I stretch my stomach out. Has anyone else had this kind of pain? Could it just be gas?
