  we had a large kitchen opening to gate and I couldnt find anything in stores big enough. I wanted something that was easy to install and not permantly up too. I ended up getting one of these

  Can I ask why you want to keep her out?  I had a drawer with specific toys for when I was in there, or I would let him play in the tupperware drawer.

  Yeah we just babyproofrd the kitchen and made some safe drawers for Ben to play in.

  At our apartment we had a drawer for her to play in. But since we moved to the house, there is no drawer that she can get to. Also the cabinets/drawers are older and we are starting to get them redone. But for right now I want to try and keep her out just incase there is any sharp pieces she can get to.
