  I usually take the days I have AF off from temping. If I have to have AF, at least let me sleep in...Your chart will be fine.

  A lot of people don't start until After AF I do it the whole time out of habit but it will not affect your chart

  I started my first month temping on like CD7 I think... it will be fine, plus it helps you get in the habit!  GL!
