infant decongestant drops? (Rondec)

I took DS to the walk in since his pedi is not open due to labor day. He has a bad cold and i though an ear infection. The doc prescribed Rondec, which is an infant decongestant drop. I am not going to give it to him until i speak with my pedi tom, but was wondering if anyone had heard of it or used it. I thought the only thing that could be used was benadryl but maybe im wrong. Maybe this is similar? TIA!
