Could these be signs of pregnancy? (semi-long)

Hi ladies! I'm not on the bump yet (still on the nest), however, lately I've been having some symptoms that I think may point to pregnancy? I'd like to get a second opinion. Right now, I'm waiting another week or so to take a test.

About two months ago, I was having some light pink spotting about 5 days after unprotected sex (I'm still on my birth control, however, I'm not the most exact with taking it...oops.). I have also been nauseous and having some extreme back pains. I have noticed a little weight gain around the middle. Last month, my "period" was rather light, which I was assuming was because I had skipped my week of being off of my patch and just went to the next pack, to avoid my period. Last week (still two weeks before my scheduled period), I took off my patch to try and trigger my period. I had a few days of light bleeding, but nothing like normal. My fiance seems to think that there is nothing to worry about.

Your thoughts until I take a test? (Sorry its so long, but thanks in advance!)

Yes, they could be signs of pregnancy. They likely are not, though.

The only way to know for sure is to take a test. Why, pray tell, are you waiting another week when you think you may have conceived two months ago? You realize it doesn't take that long to get a positive test, right?

Or signs that screwing with your patch schedule is messing with your body.

Or you could just get off your butt and take a test. Odds are, you are ku, because it seems like the more clueless an idiot is, the more fertile they are.

I would just like to point out how screwed up your birth control regimen is... since at one point you forgot to take your pills, and then your period was messed up due to the patch...

While I agree that maybe DH should be double bagging it...
