She was trying to squeeze through the gate at the same time I was going through and when I tried to keep her from falling, I missed the first step.

We tumbled all the way down with her in my arms. When we stopped I asked her if she was okay, and she smiled and squealed. Goofy kid!

I'm so sore this morning though! The baby has been her usual wiggly self, and I haven't had any cramping or spotting, but I'm wondering if I should still call.

And the worst mom of the year award goes to me for falling down the stairs with both kids in tow!

Glad you both are ok! ?I slipped and fell really hard while holding DS last winter on the ice. ?He was somehow ok, I guess mommy instincts helped him not hit the ice. ?I was sore though! ?It happens to the best of us. ?If you are worried you could just give your OB a call for peace of mind. ?

So sorry. call if it will make you feel better. I fell down a flight of stairs pregnant and landed on my butt, side. I was so sore and freaked out. OB said- did you fall on your stomach- I said no- on my butt, etc. She asked if baby kicking away- i said yep. She said all good and that they are SOO unbelievably protected in there that you would need a hard hit to your belly to cause any harm and still might be totally fine.
