My UO-children's names starting with the same letter

I cannot stand when parents name their children so they all have the same first letter (ie. Khloe, Kim, Kourtney, Kylie, Kendall) and think it is even worse when it matches a parent's name (ie. Kris, Khloe, Kim, Kourtney, etc...).  I find it annoying and know I would call them by the wrong name.

  • Lol! Like the Duggars? It doesn't bother me unless its to the extreme like them. It's like they don't even care about the name itself, just that it starts with a J. A bit too "Scattegories" for me!

  • If you think the Kardashians names would be hard to remember, what about the Duggars? All of their names start with a "J". How do you come up with 20 names that you like that start with a "J"?

    Ha! LOL.

  • I generally feel the same way. However a close friend has 2 girls and a 3rd on the way and all their names start with M. I like all the names so its not obnoxious.
  • I agree my sister plans on doing that :/ My boys got the same letter on accident since DS2 was a "girl" till he came out :)

  • My dad did this (I have two younger half sisters). All three of our names start with the same letter. Its annoying for him. He says the wrong name all. the. time. UGH
  • My sister, mom, aunt, daughter and I all have T names. For the most part it just turned out that way. haha...

Also, my friend, Cindy, has a sister named Cynthia and mom named Syn. Both of Cindy's kids have S names... Its all sorts of weird over there. lol

  • My coworker, her husband, their 3 children and grandson all have "J" names. It gets very confusing in conversation. Lol.

  • My sister and I both have the initials A.M., but that was more of a Texas A&M thing, I think. Luckily it's just the two of us, so it's not too annoying.

  • My husband and I have the same first letter, C. And for a while my favourite names were Connor and Claire. But I knew I could never use them....too cute. :(

  • DS is Connor, and I really like the name Cadence right now for a girl. I'd rather not have them match, but our last name starts with a K so I prefer C names over K ones (so I wouldn't want Kadence). Eh, we'll see what happens, who knows if we'll even have a girl!

  • We have friends whose names start with the same letter (Kris and Kristen) and they named their son Kollin.  I like it, other than the fact that they are now KKK.  Confused

DD's initials are AMC. I swear it wasn't done on purpose! !!
  • Even worse when the boys all have the same first name as their father (i.e. George Forman).  One of the teachers at my high school did this with his boys.  Does someone really need all those namesakes?  Seems a bit conceited to me.
