Just got a lead on a possible adoption situation!

This just hasn't happened to us before so it is kinda of exciting but a lot of 'wow, what do we do?'.  We've been working with an agency the whole time so this is kinda new for us.  Well, here's to seeing if we are a match for eachother!

Anyone go this route to finding your child and have any advice?
