I just discovered a forgotten stash of girl scout thin mint cookies. Today is a good day. I was craving something chocolate and crunchy. Perfect.

    Enjoy! Thin mints make my stomach hurt, and I have no idea why. I've heard of others who have the same reaction. I wish I could eat them :(

    Jealous...Did you know Keebler makes a version of samoas?? I haven't tried them yet because DH doesn't like coconut and I know I would eat the whole package.

    I did find amazing coconut chocolate chip cookies at Paradise Bakery. Cookies have totally been my weakness so far.

    And pizza, but that's beside the point!

    Oh man! i could go for those right now! In Canada we have Girl Guides and they sell the mint cookies in the fal. I buy like 4 or 5 boxes and try not to eat too many. This year I'm not holding back. I'm buying a bunch, freezing some and eating lots.

    DH discovered a couple weeks ago that Walmart totally ripped off Girl Scouts and sells a version of Thin Mints under their Great Value line. And literally it's like the went the the Girl Scout cookie factory and stole them. But not every store carries them (we have 3 within 15 minutes of our house and none of them have them on the shelf), so he bought 4 packages when he found some the other day. I love, love, love them in the freezer!
