TTC After a Loss

Okay, last charting question this cycle, I swear!

I am driving myself crazy, and I know the answer will be "wait and see what happens in the next few days," but I thought I'd ask anyway to see what you ladies thought.

The open circles in my chart are due to sleep deprivation, and nothing happens when I uncheck that box.  I normally O around CD21 or so, so I haven't been too worried the past few days about temping, and besides, I have been bleeding/spotting.  The bleeding on CD16 and 17 was borderline between spotting and light.

I guess I'm wondering if you think it is possible that I actually O'd on CD8, had an extremely short LP, and then started a new cycle on what is now marked as CD 13.  Or, do you have any other ideas as to what my effed up body is doing?? TIA, ladies, you're the best!

  • Your temps seem too low to be post O temps.  Some people spot around ovulation, but not usually so many days.  Maybe you are having an anovulatory cycle.  I don't think you O'd on day 8 though - you don't have a sustained thermal shift.  Also, when you uncheck the sleep deprived box, do you hit save again, it should change them to closed circles if you do that.

Although, if you really were sleep deprived - less than 3 continous hours, or frequent waking and restlessness, I wouldn't uncheck it.   I don't know if you used OPK's, but I suggest it, it can't confirm that you O'd (only your temps do that) but it will show when it seems as though you are going to.

    Hehe, oops!

I know I just need to be patient, but since my last cycle was annovulatory, I was really holding out hope that this cycle would go more back to normal.  I do normally O around CD 21, so I guess there's till hope.  I haven't noticed any fertile CM, but that is because I have been spotting like crazy.  I wonder if I may have had CM mixed in with the blood, so just didn't notice it?

I know I need to stop obsessing, but it is so hard when I am so worried about my body seeming to be broken.

    *sigh*

  • I don't think you O'd yet. I know you're anxious... it sucks to be worried tthat your body won't just do what it's supposed to. I second (or third) the suggestion to start using OPKs. Good luck!
