White sundress+ baby poop= FAIL

On Saturday DH, DD and I went to a baby shower.  It was a great co-ed shower with lots of wonderful people.  I was sitting at a table holding DD while talking to a group of friends and I felt something warm... I was wearing a white sundress and my lovely daughter had a poop explosion of the highest magnitude and it went through her beautiful dress right onto mommy's!

Thankfully my wonderful friend (the guest of honor) walked over and saw my face and helped me and DD around the side of the house into the bathroom and I was able to clean us up and borrow a dress!

No one mentioned that I had a wardrobe change in the middle of the party!

    What a relief that your friend was able to give you a dress so you wouldn't be in poop clothes all day I'm making a note to myself to bring extra clothes for me as well as DD when out for the whole day, especially when I am wearing something nice. :)

    I have an extra change of clothes that I keep in my car for this very reason.  DD hasn't had a diaper explosion yet (I guess that's a plus for having a constipated baby) but I still keep on just in case. 

    From miscarriages, a diagnosis of a bicornuate uterus, and fibroid removal surgery...It's been quite the journey but it was all well worth it. Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker
